Will you work directly with my clients?
Only if you want us to. We are a white label partner, so by default everything goes through you. You stay the face of the business and we work in the background.
What if the issue is not resolved in the session?
If we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked. We will also give you a clear explanation of what is happening and point you toward the right next step.
How quickly can I book a session?
Standard sessions can usually be booked within 24 to 48 hours. If you need help sooner, the Emergency Support option lets you book as close as 2 hours in advance during normal business hours.
What kinds of issues do you handle?
Cloudflare setup and troubleshooting, DNS records and domain issues, SSL certificates, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), WordPress errors and plugin conflicts, site migrations, and hosting issues. Not sure if your issue is in scope? Submit a request and we will tell you.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your agency requires an NDA before working together, we are happy to sign one. Just reach out before booking and we will get that sorted first.
Can I set up ongoing support for my business?
