What Cloudflare plans do you support?

We support all Cloudflare plans. Setup is a flat $77 per domain. For Business or Enterprise plans, submit a ticket and we will put together a custom scope based on your needs.

Do I need my own Cloudflare account before booking?

Yes. Cloudflare accounts are tied to the domain owner, so your client should have their own account. If they don’t have one yet, we walk you through creating it at the start of the session. We never add client domains to our own account.

Will you need access to my client’s DNS registrar?

Usually yes, at least to update the nameservers to point to Cloudflare. Once nameservers are pointed, most of the configuration happens inside the Cloudflare dashboard. We walk you through exactly what access we need before starting.

Can you help if my client’s site is actively being attacked right now?

Yes. Blocking an active attack is one of the most common reasons agencies call us. We get into the Cloudflare dashboard, review the traffic logs, and deploy WAF rules or rate limiting to stop it. Attack mitigation is covered under this service. See the pricing section below to book.

What if Cloudflare is already set up but something is misconfigured?

That is a large part of what we do. We audit the existing setup, identify what is wrong, fix the specific issues, and document what changed. You do not need to start from scratch. Most misconfiguration sessions are resolved in a single session.
