Can you fix a WordPress site when we cannot access the admin panel?
Yes. We work through the hosting file manager or SFTP to deactivate plugins, repair the database, or restore a backup depending on what caused the lockout. A broken admin panel is not a blocker for us as long as we have hosting access.
Do you work with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or Beaver Builder?
Yes. We work with Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Bricks, and most other page builders. Whether it is a broken layout, a builder that will not load, or an update that wiped your client’s content, we troubleshoot the issue without touching the design work that is already there.
What if a plugin or WordPress core update broke the site?
We roll back the update using the hosting backup or a manual restore, identify what caused the conflict, and either find a compatible version or help you decide whether to replace the plugin. We do not just restore and leave. We make sure the site is stable before closing the session.
Can you help with WooCommerce issues?
Yes. We handle WooCommerce errors including checkout failures, payment gateway conflicts, product display issues, and database errors. We do not build new WooCommerce stores from scratch, but we resolve technical problems on existing ones.
Do you perform WordPress core and plugin updates?
We can. If a client needs updates run safely, we do them in a staging environment where possible, or take a backup first and update one at a time to catch conflicts before they go live. Updates are part of many sessions rather than a standalone service.
How quickly can you respond?
For urgent issues, calling is always the fastest path. We pick up during business hours and can often start a session the same day. Tickets are monitored throughout the day and typically get a response within a few hours. If a site is down, call first.
Do you work on sites you did not build?
Yes, and that is the norm. Most sessions are on client sites we have never seen before. We get oriented quickly, review what is installed, and work through the problem without needing to have built it ourselves.
What do you need to get started?
At minimum, WordPress admin access and hosting access (cPanel, Kinsta, WP Engine dashboard, etc.) or SFTP credentials. For database issues we may also need phpMyAdmin access. The more access you can provide upfront, the faster we can move.
Do you work with managed hosts like WP Engine or Kinsta?
Yes. We work with WP Engine, Kinsta, Flywheel, Cloudways, SiteGround, and other managed hosts regularly. Managed hosts have their own dashboards, caching layers, and restrictions and we know how to work within them without tripping their systems.

We diagnose and fix it live We get into the site, trace the error, and make the fix. We work through hosting file manager, SFTP, or the WordPress admin depending on what the issue needs. You can watch on a screen share or step away while we handle it.
We verify before we close The fix is tested before the session ends. Site loading, forms working, checkout functional, no console errors. We do not close until the issue is confirmed resolved. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
