Which hosting providers do you work with?
We work across managed WordPress hosts like WP Engine, Kinsta, Flywheel, Cloudways, and RunCloud, as well as shared hosting providers like GoDaddy, SiteGround, Bluehost, Hosting.com, and Hostinger. We also support server management panels including cPanel, Plesk, and Enhance Panel. If your client is on a host not listed here, submit a ticket and we will let you know if we can help.
Can you fix a site that is completely down?
Yes. A site that is completely down is one of the most common requests we get. We log into the hosting account, check the error logs, and trace the issue whether it is a server error, a PHP configuration problem, a database failure, or something else. Book the Emergency Support option if it is urgent.
Do you work directly with the hosting company on our behalf?
When needed, yes. We can join a hosting support chat or ticket on your behalf, or walk you through what to say if the host requires account verification from the owner. We have worked through support queues at most major hosts and know how to get to the right team quickly.
What if the issue turns out to be a plugin, not the host?
That happens often. Hosting errors and WordPress errors can look identical from the front end. If we start investigating the hosting side and find the root cause is a plugin conflict or bad WordPress configuration, we keep going and attempt to resolve it. If the issue turns out to be a plugin bug that requires intervention from the plugin developer, we will let you know exactly what the problem is and what needs to happen next. Sessions are not refunded when the root cause is identified as a plugin issue, as the diagnostic and investigative work has been completed.
What is the difference between Hosting Support and Hosting Emergency?
Hosting Support ($77) covers configuration work and investigation where the site is still running. That includes things like PHP settings, redirect rules, cron jobs, file permissions, and server configuration. Hosting Emergency ($127) is for situations where the site is down or end users are actively being impacted. That covers SSL errors, database connection failures, server crashes, and uptime issues. If you are not sure, book Support. If the site is completely down, book Emergency.

How a hosting support session works

Share hosting access cPanel, Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, or SFTP credentials. Tell us what error you are seeing and what changed recently (update, migration, new plugin, hosting plan change).
We diagnose and fix the server issue We review error logs, PHP configuration, file permissions, database connections, and server resource usage to identify the cause. We make the fix directly in the hosting environment.
We verify the site is stable before closing Site loading confirmed, no errors in logs, specific broken functionality tested and working. We do not close until the server configuration is confirmed correct.
