What counts as a session?
One issue or task handled start to finish. DNS fix, email deliverability, Cloudflare setup, WordPress error, SSL issue, site migration, DMARC, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 — one problem resolved equals one session used. Sessions can be live Zoom, a call, or a ticket handled async.
How do I book a session?
Submit a ticket or book directly. Monthly plan members go to the front of the queue ahead of per-session clients. Your turnaround window depends on your plan.
What is the booking turnaround?
Freelancer plan: within 48 hours. Agency plan: within 24 hours. Agency Pro: same business day. Turnaround is from when you submit to when we start working, during business hours.
Can I use this for my clients?
Yes. Everything is white label. We work behind the scenes. Your clients never know we exist. You can mark up the service or absorb it into your retainer. That is your business decision, not ours.
Why a six-month minimum?
Monthly plans are an ongoing partnership, not a one-time purchase. The six-month minimum lets us build real familiarity with your agency, your clients, and your infrastructure. It also gives you consistent support instead of scrambling to find help each time something breaks.
What happens after six months?
Your plan continues month to month. You can cancel with 30 days notice after the initial six-month term. No runaround, no retention calls.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your agency requires an NDA before working together, we are happy to sign one. Just reach out before signing up and we will get that sorted first. Note that an NDA cannot double as a non-compete.
