SUPPORT REQUESTS & REASONABLE USE
To ensure timely and effective support, please submit your request through the appropriate channels. For assistance, email us at [email protected]. Once your email is received, you may follow up via call or chat.
Each support request is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. The management of Web Agency Hero will assess the necessary effort for each request. For issues requiring more than 30 minutes, we may offer alternative solutions, including referrals to our partner network.
Support hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays and designated Web Agency Hero holidays. For 24/7 support, consider our Business Plus plan.
All requests are subject to approval by Web Agency Hero management or its assigned agents, and we reserve the right to deny any request.
Description of Service
Web Agency Hero offers comprehensive support via chat, email, and phone for website operators using WordPress. Our services encompass a wide range of assistance, including any service or content provided by Web Agency Hero and the delivery of materials displayed, transmitted, or performed on our site or through our services.
Please note that your access to and use of our services may occasionally be interrupted due to equipment malfunction, updates, maintenance, or other factors within or beyond Web Agency Hero’s control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the availability of our site and services, or remove any content at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Web Agency Hero does not support multi-site WordPress installations.
** Email support is subject to the limitations of your email provider. While we strive to work with various providers, some issues may be beyond our control. We recommend using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for email hosting.
*** Website migrations: We can migrate 1-2 sites at no additional cost. For multiple site migrations, a custom pricing plan will be provided.
**** Server issues: These may need to be resolved by your website host or managed provider. We will collaborate with your host or managed provider to address and resolve these issues.
PAYMENT
You agree to pay for the Services provided by Web Agency Hero, and authorize us to charge your payment method for any services purchased, including any additional amounts such as taxes and late fees associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment of all fees and to provide Web Agency Hero with a valid payment method.
The total cost will include the price of the product, excluding any applicable taxes. Taxes are based on the billing address and the applicable tax rate at the time you use the Services. We will only charge taxes in jurisdictions where the Services are taxable.
Web Agency Hero reserves the right to change service prices at any time at its sole discretion. Our Services do not offer price protection or refunds in the case of price reductions or promotional offers.
All services must be paid for in advance before they are performed.
Web Agency Hero reserves the right to deny service to any client for any reason.
SUSPENSION
We reserve the right to suspend your account if your invoice remains unpaid for more than five business days. Once your account is past due, we will cease providing any services until the account is brought up to date.
REFUND
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to cancel at any time. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any of our services.
