What makes something a project versus a single session?
A single session is one domain, one problem, one hour. A project is anything with more than one moving part or more than one domain: rolling Cloudflare out across five agency clients, standing up DMARC enforcement across a client base, migrating a stack with multiple sites and email accounts, or a post-incident security overhaul that requires planning and staged execution. If you are thinking about it as a deliverable with a scope rather than a booking, it is a project.
How do you price project work?
We scope it after you describe the work. Most projects land between $500 and $2,500 depending on the number of domains, mailboxes, complexity of the existing setup, and how much coordination is involved. We give you a flat project price before we start so there are no hourly surprises.
Is project work available white label?
Yes. We operate the same way we do on individual services. We work behind the scenes, coordinate through you, and never contact your clients directly unless you specifically want us to.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A five-domain Cloudflare buildout is usually a few days. A full agency email infrastructure rollout across a client base can be one to two weeks depending on the number of accounts and how much coordination is needed per client. We give you a timeline estimate when we scope it.
Do you do anything outside of infrastructure?
No. Everything we do is infrastructure: Cloudflare, DNS, email authentication, hosting migrations, and related configuration. We do not do website design, development, copywriting, or anything on the front end. If the job touches servers, DNS, Cloudflare, or email, we can likely help.
