Will you work directly with my clients?
Only if you want us to. We are a white-label partner, so by default everything goes through you. You stay the face of the business and we work in the background. If it makes things easier, we can also communicate with your clients directly under your brand.
What if the issue is not resolved in the session?
If we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked. We will also give you a clear explanation of what is happening and point you toward the right next step, so you are never left in the dark.
How quickly can I book a session?
Standard sessions can usually be booked within 24 to 48 hours. If you need help sooner, the Emergency Support option lets you book as close as 2 hours in advance during normal business hours.
What kinds of issues do you handle?
Cloudflare setup and troubleshooting, DNS records and domain issues, SSL certificates, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), WordPress errors and plugin conflicts, site migrations, hosting issues, and email migrations to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
