Why We Exist

Web designers and marketers are expected to know everything. When a client's email stops delivering, their domain goes down, or WordPress throws an error at 9pm on a Friday, the pressure lands on you even if it's not your area of expertise.

Web Agency Hero exists to change that. We are the technical partner you bring in behind the scenes so you can stay confident in front of your clients. You take the credit. We handle the problem.

What We Do

We specialize in the technical areas that cause the most friction for agency owners and freelancers: Cloudflare configuration, DNS records, email authentication, WordPress troubleshooting, hosting errors, and site migrations.

These are not glamorous problems. They're the kind of issues that can eat an entire afternoon, derail a client relationship, and keep you up at night. We solve them every day, and we've been doing it since 2012.

How We Work

Everything we do is white-label. Your clients never know we exist. We work directly with you via ticket, phone, or Zoom, resolve the issue, and hand it back to you so you can deliver the result to your client as your own.

We don't do retainers or long-term contracts. You pay only for what you need, when you need it. Most issues can be resolved in a single 30-minute session.

Who We Work With

Our clients are web designers, digital marketers, and agency owners who manage websites for multiple clients. Many of them have been in the industry for years and are excellent at what they do. They come to us not because they can't figure things out, but because their time is better spent elsewhere and having a reliable technical partner makes them look better to their clients.

Our Specialties

• Cloudflare — DNS, SSL, WAF rules, caching, performance, and security. We've built custom WAF rules used by hundreds of agency owners to protect thousands of client sites.
• Email authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup and troubleshooting. We stop emails from going to spam and domains from being spoofed.
• DNS — Record audits, corrections, propagation issues, and domain transfer support across all major registrars and hosts.
• WordPress — Plugin conflicts, site errors, performance issues, and anything that makes a site go sideways.
• Site and email migrations — We move sites and email accounts cleanly, with zero downtime and zero lost email.
• Hosting support — Server errors, uptime issues, and hosting configuration problems across shared, VPS, and managed hosting environments.

US-Based and Available

We are fully US-based and operate Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. For urgent issues, calling is always the fastest path. Tickets are monitored outside of business hours for emergencies.
