Do you work with the Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online?
Yes. We work directly inside the Microsoft 365 admin center to handle tenant configuration, user creation, mailbox setup, and DNS records. Exchange Online is part of most business setups and we configure mail flow, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists as needed.
Can you migrate email from Gmail or Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. Gmail to 365 migrations are one of the more common setups we handle. We switch the MX records to point to Microsoft 365 first so new mail starts flowing immediately, then migrate historical email from Gmail into the new mailboxes. The scope and timeline depend on the number of mailboxes and how much history needs to be moved.
What if my client has shared mailboxes or distribution lists?
We set those up as part of the engagement. Shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and security groups are all handled in the admin center. Let us know the full structure when you submit your request so we can scope the session correctly.
Do you set up Outlook on desktop and mobile devices?
We can help users connect Outlook desktop and Outlook mobile as part of the handoff. For large teams where every device needs to be configured individually, that is typically scoped as additional time. We focus on making sure the tenant is configured correctly and at least one user is fully verified before closing.
What if the Microsoft 365 tenant is already created but misconfigured?
We audit what is already in place, identify what is wrong, and fix the specific issues. You do not need to start over. Misconfigured tenants are a common scenario, particularly around DNS records, SPF and DKIM setup, or MX records that are not routing correctly.
