Who this is for

Web designers and agencies that manage client Google Workspace accounts and need expert help with setup, problems, or domain changes.

Client bought Google Workspace but you have never set it up before
Workspace setup involves domain verification, MX routing, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, user accounts, and sometimes migrating years of old email. We handle every step in the right order.
Client emails started bouncing or going to spam after a DNS change
A DNS change that wipes MX records, SPF, or DKIM will break mail immediately. We audit the current DNS, identify what is missing or wrong, and restore mail flow in a single session.
A user is locked out or you lost admin access to the account
Admin lockout recovery depends on what access remains. We review the situation, tell you what is recoverable, and handle the fix. We won’t charge until we know we can help.
Client is switching to a new domain and needs Workspace updated
We add the new domain, update DNS, change the primary, migrate user aliases, and keep the old domain attached as an alias so no existing mail is lost in the switch.
You are setting up or fixing Workspace for a client on Cloudflare
Cloudflare DNS zones require specific handling for Workspace records. MX proxying and email record conflicts are common mistakes. We handle DNS correctly for Cloudflare-hosted domains.
A previous setup attempt left things partially configured or broken
Half-finished Workspace setups with wrong MX records, missing DKIM, or unverified domains are harder to fix than a clean start. We audit what is there and complete the setup correctly.

Everything Google Workspace, handled for you.

Setup, support, and domain changes all covered. If it involves Google Workspace for an agency client, we handle it.

Account and Domain Setup
Workspace account creation, domain verification, and admin console configuration done correctly from the start so mail flows on day one.
MX Records and DNS Setup
Mail routing configured at the DNS level so email flows to Google immediately after cutover. We handle all the required records at whatever DNS provider the domain uses.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
All three email authentication records set up and verified so outgoing mail lands in inboxes, not spam folders. Including blocklist checks when deliverability is the issue.
User Accounts and Aliases
All users added, email aliases configured, and groups set up per your client’s org structure. Shared mailboxes and distribution lists handled too.
Email Migration
Existing email moved from cPanel, Outlook, or another provider with no message loss and full folder structure intact. Scoped separately for large migrations.
Domain Changes
New primary domain verified, DNS records updated, user UPN addresses changed, and old domain kept as alias. Mail flow confirmed on both domains before we close.
Admin Lockout and Account Recovery
Super admin access lost, secondary admin gone, or the recovery options are not working. We work through what access remains and recover what we can before you pay anything.
Admin Console Errors and Issues
Verification failures, suspended accounts, service outages, and admin console errors that make no sense. We find the root cause and get the account into a working state.
Handoff Documentation
We document what was configured so you or your client can manage it confidently going forward. DNS records, user structure, and what to do if something changes later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our Google Workspace services.

How many users can you set up in one session?
For small setups of one to five users, a single session is usually enough. Larger teams with ten or more users, complex group structures, or email migration from another provider will take longer and are quoted based on scope. Submit a ticket with the number of users and where email is currently hosted and we will give you a clear estimate.
Do you handle the email migration as part of the Workspace setup?
It depends on where email is coming from and how much history needs to be moved. Basic migrations from cPanel or a simple IMAP server can often be included. Large migrations with many users or years of email history are scoped separately. We tell you upfront what is and is not included.
My client’s emails started bouncing after a DNS change. Can you fix it?
Yes. This is one of the most common issues we fix. A DNS change that removes or overwrites MX records, SPF, or DKIM will break mail immediately. We audit the current DNS, identify what is missing or wrong, and restore mail flow. Most of these are resolved in a single session.
Will email go down during a domain change?
We do the DNS changes in a specific order to minimize disruption. Mail may have a short delay during propagation but we watch it closely and the session does not end until everything is flowing on the new domain.
What happens to email sent to the old domain after a domain change?
We keep the old domain attached to the Workspace account as an alias. Any mail sent to the old domain still lands in the right inbox. We recommend keeping it as an alias for at least 90 days.
Can you help if the admin account is locked or we lost access?
Sometimes. Admin lockout recovery depends on what access you still have. If there is a secondary admin, a recovery admin, or the domain itself is accessible we can often work around the lockout. Submit a ticket with what you do have access to and we will tell you what is possible before you pay anything.
