Common questions about our Google Workspace support service.

My client’s emails started bouncing after a DNS change. Can you fix it?
Yes. This is one of the most common issues we fix. A DNS change that removes or overwrites MX records, SPF, or DKIM will break mail immediately. We audit the current DNS, identify what is missing or wrong, and restore mail flow. Most of these are resolved in a single session.
Can you help if the admin account is locked or we lost access?
Sometimes. Admin lockout recovery depends on what access you still have. If there is a secondary admin, recovery admin, or the domain itself is accessible we can often work around the lockout. Submit a ticket with what you do have access to and we will tell you what is possible before you pay anything.
Gmail is going to spam for recipients. Is that a Google Workspace problem?
Usually it is a DNS authentication problem, not Google itself. Missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records cause receiving servers to flag outgoing Gmail as suspicious. We audit the authentication setup and fix the records. In some cases the domain may also be on a blocklist, which we check as part of the diagnosis.
Do you need super admin access to help?
For most admin console issues, yes. For DNS and authentication fixes we just need access to the DNS zone, which may be at the registrar or at Cloudflare. We will tell you exactly what we need when you submit the ticket so nothing is handed over unnecessarily.
How is this different from the Google Workspace Setup service?
The setup service is for new accounts, migrations from another provider, and first-time configuration. This support service is for when something is already set up but broken, not working correctly, or needs a specific fix.
