Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our Google Workspace setup service.

How many users can you set up in one session?
For small setups of one to five users, a single session is usually enough. Larger teams with ten or more users, complex group structures, or email migration from another provider will take longer and are quoted based on the scope. Submit a ticket with the number of users and where email is currently hosted and we will give you a clear estimate.
Do you handle the email migration as part of the Workspace setup?
It depends on where email is coming from and how much history needs to be moved. Basic migrations from cPanel or a simple IMAP server can often be included. Large migrations with many users or years of email history are scoped separately. We tell you upfront what is and is not included.
My client’s domain is at a different registrar. Is that a problem?
No. We work with all major registrars. Domain verification for Workspace requires adding a TXT record, and we walk through that with you regardless of where the domain is registered. We just need access to the DNS zone, which could be at the registrar or at Cloudflare if it is proxied there.
What if my client already has a Google account using that domain?
This is a common situation. An existing consumer Google account tied to a business domain can complicate the Workspace setup. We handle the transition, including letting you know what the user will need to do on their end, so nothing important gets lost or conflicts with the new setup.
What if my client needs help after the setup is done?
We document everything we configure so you have a clear handoff record. If something comes up later, such as adding a new user, a deliverability issue, or a DNS record question, you can book a standard support session and we will pick up where we left off.
