Do I need a Cloudflare account before the session?
No. If you do not have one yet, we create it together at the start of the call. The account should be under your name or your site, not ours.
Should I be on Cloudflare Free or Pro?
For most WordPress sites, the Free plan combined with our custom WAF rules gives you strong protection. Cloudflare Pro adds advanced WAF managed rules and more detailed analytics. We cover the differences during the call so you can make the right call for your situation before spending anything extra.
I am currently using Sucuri. Can you migrate me to Cloudflare WAF?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons people book this session. We walk through disabling Sucuri, moving DNS to Cloudflare, and applying WAF rules that cover the same protection and more. By the end of the call your site is running on Cloudflare's WAF with our custom ruleset in place.
My team has dynamic IPs and keeps getting blocked from WordPress. Can you fix that?
Yes. Cloudflare WAF rules can be written to challenge automated attacks on wp-admin without blocking real users regardless of their IP. We configure rules that stop the bots while letting your authors and editors log in normally. No IP whitelisting required.
Is this the same as your standard Cloudflare Setup service?
No. The standard setup service is white label, done behind the scenes without you on the call. This onboarding session is a live collaborative Zoom call where you are present, watching, and asking questions throughout. You leave understanding how your Cloudflare setup works, not just having it done.
